Denise had breast cancer in 2017. She did some traditional treatments but wasn't really sold on the medications they pushed.

She found a doctor who did natural treatments for breast cancer. At the same time she was diagnosed with Hashimoto's disease, pre-diabetes and insulin resistance.

She worked hard on her diet and made a lot of life changes. She tried several different health programs and took advice from each of them.

She stumbled upon Wallach's Warriors and discovered she was doing "most" of what Dr. Wallach recommends.

After implementing the final pieces, she no longer has Hashimoto's, pre-diabetes, insulin resistance, and is cancer-free!

Denise has completed the Certified Wholistic Nutritional Coaching program from The Institute of Wholistic Health.
