Video: 1-on-1 Gut Autonomy Coaching
At Gut Autonomy, we believe that better health starts with understanding your digestion and learning how to support it through nutrition, lifestyle, and sustainable habits.
Our coaching is designed to help individuals, couples, and families improve their overall well-being by focusing on nutrition, digestive health, and the daily choices that influence how we feel. We provide education, guidance, accountability, and support so our clients can make informed decisions and create lasting change.
We help clients better understand the connection between nutrition, digestion, energy, sleep, hormones, stress, movement, and overall wellness. Our goal is to empower people with the knowledge and tools they need to take an active role in their health journey.
One of the tools we will use is the GI-MAP, a comprehensive stool test that provides information about digestive function, the gut microbiome, inflammation markers, immune health, and other aspects of gut health. We review GI-MAP results to help clients better understand what may be influencing their symptoms and where nutrition and lifestyle changes may be beneficial.
Gut Autonomy is a health coaching and educational service. We do not diagnose, treat, or prescribe for medical conditions. Our role is to educate, support, and empower our clients as they work toward their health goals.
Currently available ONLY to people in the USA, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand. People from the United Kingdom will be accepted if they can get a comprehensive stool analysis on their own (GI Map + Zonulin, or Gut Zoomer preferrably).
